Just provides a clear\, publicly available framework for measuring progress in areas such as inclusion\, compensation\, benefits\, employee well-being\, and community engagement. With Just 3.0\, the program offers streamlined requirements and updated indicators\, making it easier for organizations of all sizes and industries to engage with equity in meaningful ways. \nThis webinar will guide you through the practical steps to earn your own Just 3.0 label\, while offering tips on securing buy-in and aligning with green building certifications like LEED and the Living Building Challenge.
